At Melyria, every product is custom-made to order with care and attention to detail. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery for all Melyria orders.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

Production Time: 4–6 business days
(time needed to print, assemble, and prepare your custom-made item)

Shipping Time: 5–8 business days
(time in transit after your package leaves our facility)

Total Estimated Delivery: 9–14 business days from the order date
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Shipping Costs & Carriers

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $3.95 for orders under $140

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $140 or more qualify for free standard shipping

We work with FedEx, USPS, and other reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
The final shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use this number on the carrier’s website to track your package in real time.

Shipping Address & Taxes

Accurate Address: Please make sure all shipping details are correct.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment fee may apply.

Taxes: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on state and local regulations.

Additional Information

  • Melyria currently ships within the United States.

  • Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.
