Refund Policy

At Melyria, every item is made to order with care. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so this policy explains when refunds or replacements are available and how to request them.


1) Custom-Made Items (Change of Mind)

Because our products are personalized and produced on demand, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer-related reasons, including:

  • Change of mind or personal taste

  • Incorrect personalization or files provided (e.g., misspelled names, wrong photo)

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or product

2) If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right. You have 60 days from delivery to report one of the following problems:

  • Damaged product (e.g., torn fabric, broken frame, heavy scratches)

  • Manufacturing defect (e.g., severely blurred print, incorrect colors)

  • Incorrect item (different product or design than ordered)

✅ For eligible cases, you may choose between a free replacement or a full refund.


3) How to File a Claim (within 60 days)

Send an email to [email protected] with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos or a brief video showing the problem (required)

Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days. In most cases, you won’t need to return the defective item.


4) Resolution & Refund Timeline

  • Replacement: We remake and ship the item at no extra cost.

  • Refund: Issued to your original payment method for the affected item(s). Banks usually post funds within 5–7 business days after approval.


5) Cancellations & Order Changes

  • You may request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of purchase (e.g., fix address or spelling).

  • After 24 hours, the order enters production and cannot be changed or canceled.


6) Additional Notes

  • Return shipping (if we request a return) is covered by us for defective/incorrect items.

  • We do not accept size exchanges for made-to-order products.

  • Packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require a reshipment fee.
