Refund policy

]At Melyria, every product is made to order with care and attention to detail.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so this policy explains when refunds or replacements are available and how to request them.


1) Custom-Made Items (Change of Mind)

All Melyria products are custom-made and produced on demand.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons related to customer preference, including:

  • Change of mind or personal taste

  • Incorrect personalization details or design files provided (for example, misspelled names or wrong photo)

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or product type

Please review all product descriptions, size charts, and customization details carefully before checkout.
Each item is crafted especially for you.


2) If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, we’ll make it right.
You have 60 days from the delivery date to report one of the following problems:

  • Damaged product (for example, torn fabric, broken frame, heavy scratches)

  • Manufacturing defect (for example, blurry or misaligned print, incorrect color)

  • Incorrect item received (different design, size, or product than ordered)

For verified cases, you may choose between a free replacement or a full refund.


3) How to File a Claim (within 60 days)

Include the following information in your message:

  1. Your order number

  2. A short description of the issue

  3. Clear photos or a short video showing the problem (required)

Our support team will review your claim within 1–2 business days.
In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item.


4) Resolution & Refund Timeline

  • Replacement: We will remake and ship your item at no extra cost.

  • Refund: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
    Banks and payment providers typically post refunds within 5–7 business days after approval.


5) Cancellations & Order Changes

You may request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of purchase (for example, correcting an address or fixing text).

After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be canceled or changed, as it is already being custom-made.


6) Additional Notes

  • If a return is required for a defective or incorrect item, Melyria will cover the return shipping cost.

  • We do not accept size exchanges or color swaps for made-to-order products.

  • Packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require a reshipment fee.
