Processing & Delivery Timeline

• Production Time: 4–6 business days
  (time needed to print, assemble, and prepare your custom product)

• Shipping Time: 5–8 business days
  (transit time after the package leaves our facility)

• Total Estimated Delivery: 9–14 business days from the order date

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Shipping Costs & Carriers

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $3.95 for orders under $140

• Free Shipping: Orders of $140 or more qualify for free standard shipping

• Carriers: We work with FedEx and other reliable couriers to ensure safe delivery.

The final shipping cost is always calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your package in real time.

Shipping Address & Taxes

• Incorrect Address: Please provide accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment fee may apply.

• Taxes: Sales tax is calculated at checkout according to state and local laws.
