Order Tracking Policy

At Melyria, every product is custom-made with care. Once your order is placed, it will go through our production and fulfillment process before shipping. This page explains how you can track your shipment and what to do if you encounter any issues.

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.

🚚 Production & Delivery Timeline

  • Production Time: 4–6 business days
    (time needed to print, assemble, and prepare your custom product)
  • Shipping Time: 5–8 business days
    (time in transit after the package leaves our facility)
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 9–14 business days from the order date

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

📦 Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced and shipped in separate packages to speed up delivery. When this happens, you will receive a unique tracking number for each package. Each item may arrive at slightly different times.
